The Catholic Teachers Guild Of Ottawa

CTGO is a community of educators whose mission is to live their vocations in the beliefs and teachings of the Catholic Church. The CTGO is Eucharistic, collegial, and committed to spriritual formation, professional development and apostolic works. Membership is open to all Catholic educators and students at the faculty of education are entitled to free membership. The guild meets at Saint Patrick's on the third Tuesday of most months during the school year for 4:30 p.m. Mass, a meeting and learning session, and a social. Each year it also sponsors two public lectures and a Lenten retreat for teachers. For more information contact

Legion Of Mary

The Legion of Mary has been at Saint Patrick's Basilica continually since 1939. Active members attend weekly meetings lasting approximately one hour on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. in the basement conference room. The rosary, legion prayers and spiritual readings are recited. Auxiliary members undertake the daily recitation of three legionary prayers and one rosary at home to assist the activities of active members.

New active and auxiliary members are always welcome.

St.Pat's Young Adults Rosary Group

Come to the Scavi (basement) of St. Patrick's Basilica on Tuesdays at 7pm to pray a scriptural Rosary and meet with other St. Pat's parishioners. Feel free to suggest places to visit, activities to try or speakers to engage with!
